Gala Dinner in the Restaurant

Start: 7:00 p.m. | 6-course menu | €269 per person
(Includes midnight snack & one glass of champagne | Wine pairing optional: €59)

Our NYE dinner brings Modern Australian Cuisine to the table – thoughtfully composed, perfectly paced, and served in a relaxed setting.
At midnight: champagne toast, a late-night bite, and then party on with live music and DJ until 3:00 a.m. – all with a stunning city view.
