From 10 to 400 guests, there are plenty of possibilities: in the restaurant, at the bar, on our Rooftop Terrace or with exclusive use of the entire FITZROY. Together, we plan the right format and take care of food, drinks, service and, if you wish, the right sound for your event.

Xmas party @ FITZROY
The best Christmas parties are planned in summer. And FITZROY is a special place to celebrate: gather your team high above Munich and enjoy our specially created Christmas menu together.
Whether you are planning an intimate Christmas gathering or a large company Christmas party, we tailor the evening to your company and number of guests. From a sit-down dinner with a set menu to a relaxed reception with drinks or a big celebration with a flying buffet, DJ and party, many formats are possible. For larger groups, FITZROY can also be booked exclusively.
For the 2026 festive season, our kitchen team has created two special menus, available either with fish or without fish. This means you can start planning your Christmas party now and secure your preferred date well in advance.
Corporate event
An evening with the team, a summer party, a kick-off event or a big company celebration: FITZROY offers the right setting for corporate events, from intimate gatherings to events for up to 400 guests.
Depending on the occasion and number of guests, we work with you to create the right format. A sit-down dinner with a set menu, a relaxed reception with a flying buffet or an evening that starts with drinks and ends on the dance floor: the restaurant, bar and Rooftop Terrace offer a range of possibilities and can be flexibly combined.
Exclusive use of the entire FITZROY is also possible. Our team supports you throughout the planning process and ensures that the food, drinks and flow of the evening are tailored to your event.
Birthdays & Family gatherings
Some occasions deserve more than just any venue. Birthdays, anniversaries, christenings, First Communions or other special family celebrations find a setting at FITZROY that can feel festive without being formal.
Celebrate with a smaller group over a shared menu or invite family and friends to a larger gathering with a flying buffet and drinks. Depending on the number of guests and the occasion, we work with you to find the right format and the right space at FITZROY.
And if dinner is set to turn into a party later on, we can plan that with you too. For large family celebrations, exclusive use of FITZROY is also available on request.
Product presentations
A new product deserves the right stage. FITZROY offers a distinctive setting for presentations, launches and brand events that are deliberately designed to feel different from a traditional conference hotel.
Whether it is an exclusive preview for a select group of guests, a presentation followed by dinner or a larger launch with a flying buffet, drinks and music: we work with you to create a format that fits your brand, your product and your guests.
Depending on the concept, different areas of FITZROY can be used and combined. Exclusive use of the venue is also available for events with up to 400 guests.
